Hi I'm Joe! I'm a software engineer with 4 years of experience. I enjoy building web apps, mobile apps, backend tools and implementing automation. My focus is both frontend and backend using TS & C#.

About me

After working on a ranch most of my life, I decided to pursue my passion for development & cyber security. My favorite part of development is the problem-solving aspect. I love the feeling of finally figuring out a solution to a problem and having it work the way it was intended. My core stack is ASP.NET Core, .NET MAUI, React, React Native, Nest.js, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, MSSQL, MySQL and SQLite (mobile usually). I use Typescript with my Node projects and I integrate various UI libraries. I am always looking to learn new technologies for example I have been messing around with training new light LLMs (A.I.) on my lab server using sql agent and TensorFlow, I have enjoyed learning about the possibilites with LLMs. Im a self-motivated individual, I am always looking for new tools, frameworks or technologies to learn. I maintain multiple projects varying from API's, websites, Docker containers, multiple databases, and LLMs for some using Ollama and expermenting with Hugging Face.

When I'm not coding, I enjoy playing video games, watching movies, and working in my garden. I am currently learning about plant biology and physiology . I'm also learning how to play the electric guitar.
